The ABI TM 22 is represents the culmination of years of onsite experience and in-house design coupled with ABI’s unmatched technical expertise. Equipped with a rugged telescopic leader mast design, the unit’s mast has a torque absorption of 147,500 ft lbs, and can drive sheet pile up to 70’ in length. To achieve this versatility, both the inner and outer mast are designed as closed profiles to fit perfectly into one another, and large pre-stressing forces and high torsional rigidity are achieved, allowing the designers to use less material input. In addition, the friction losses within the mast are greatly reduced relative to previous designs. The flagship unit for the H&S rental fleet, this machine gets the job done.
